The Nepali Declaration

Nepal Vision Club is not just an organization it is the engine of a people’s revolution. Operating at every level ward, palika, district, province, and national we ensure that every voice matters and every hand drives change. Through our pillars of food independence, energy independence, sovereignty, security, skill and innovation, accountable governance, and national surplus, we are building a Nepal that is self-reliant, prosperous, and unstoppable.

Total Sovereignty

The people of Nepal hold ultimate power and authority over our land, our resources and our future. Sovereignty of Nepal and Nepali people is non-negotiable. Nepal embraces its historic boundaries and recognizes culturally connected neighboring regions as part of our Greater Cultural Nepal.

A Non Involvement Nation

We are a non-involvement in power politics, non-involvement in global rivalries, but a cooperative in progress, partner in peace, trade, and mutual development. We believe in dignity, fiercely independence, and cooperation with all nations while keeping Nepali interests above all.

Food Independence

Through 6,743 Wada clubs, we will empower thousands of farmers across the country with training, resources, and technology, build cooperative high-yield farms, and reclaim 10,000 crores of food imports, making food independence a nationwide, people-driven revolution.

Energy Independence

Nepal imports USD 1.99 billion of petroleum every year. By empowering local renewable projects—mini-hydro, solar, and biogas—promoting electric energy use through EVs and electric cooking, and enabling collective micro-investments in energy, we can replace imports, achieve energy independence, and become an exporter of clean power.

Security Independence

True security grows from strong citizens build a 1,000,000 (10 Lakhs) strong national reserve army force through voluntary enlistment, require 2 years of civic-military service, Police Service for willing citizens, and commit 3% of GDP to defense. Paired with skills training, civic service, and youth engagement, this disciplined, people-powered system will safeguard Nepal’s sovereignty and forge pride, unity, and readiness at home to protect our National Sovereignty, National Heritage, National Public Property and Fellow Nepali Citizens.

Innovation Independence

Nepal will design, build, and manufacture its own future. By investing 2% of GDP in innovation, research, and skill development, we will establish national workshops and labs for agriculture, engineering, defense, and core technologies. Education reform, innovation tournaments, and hands-on training, Nepal will become a nation of creators and innovators, achieving manufacturing independence, technological leadership, and a future driven by its own talent and ingenuity.

Accountable Government

An Accountable Government means full transparency at every level. All government bodies—from national to ward level—will publish their monthly plans and previous month’s reports at the start and end of each month, along with quarterly performance reviews. Through open budgets, live dashboards, and citizen monitoring, every rupee and every decision will be visible to the public. No hidden deals, no closed doors — only transparent governance powered by the people’s oversight.

Referendum

The people must have the final say on matters of national identity, independence, and major political change. Through nationwide petitions and secure digital referendums, every Nepali will have the power to shape the country’s direction — not just every five years, but whenever the nation’s core future is at stake. This ensures that sovereignty truly lies with the people, making democracy a living, continuous mandate of the citizens, not a privilege of politicians.

National Slurplus

By building a network of professionals and businesses, creating national brands, and formalizing public sectors into publicly tradable companies, Nepal will unlock wealth, liquidity, and innovation. Through trade, tourism, manufacturing, and digital services, we will generate a national surplus and build a gold reserve that stands for 1,000 years, securing prosperity for generations.
